• Device location (GPS/network) — accessed only when you open the "Nearest Stops" section or use the "Easy Route" feature.
• Internet connection — to fetch transport data from public transport operator's servers.

The App does not access your contacts, messages, files, or any other personal data.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your location data is used solely for the following purposes:

• To display public transport stops near your current location (when using "Nearest Stops").
• To calculate a route from your current location (point A) to your selected destination (point B) when using "Easy Route".

Your location is transmitted directly to the public transport operator's server via HTTPS, processed in real time, and never stored by us or the public transport operator.

Internet access is used exclusively to download and display public transport data.

4. Third-Party Access

The App shares your location data exclusively with the public transport operators, only to fulfil your active request

Your location is sent directly to these public transport operators' servers via HTTPS. No other third parties receive this data. The public transport operators process your location temporarily for the sole purpose of:

• Returning stops near your current location (for "Nearest Stops"), or
• Calculating a route from your current location to your chosen destination (for "Easy Route").

The public transport operators do not use your location for any other purpose and do not store it beyond the current request.

5. Data Storage and Retention

• The App does not store your location data locally or on any external servers.
• All location data is processed in real time and is not retained by either the App or the public transport operators beyond the duration of the current request.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect or store any personal information from children. However, to provide its core functionality (Nearest Stops and Easy Route), the App may transmit the device's location to the public transport operator's server if the user actively uses those features.

If you are under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, please do not use the location‑based features unless you have parental or guardian permission. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their children's use of the App.

7. Your Rights

Since the App does not store your location data, there is no data retained by us to access, modify, or delete. However, if you wish to stop any data transmission, simply do not use the "Nearest Stops" or "Easy Route" features, or revoke the location permission in your device settings.
